A.M.E.C Export, founded in 1999, specializes in mechanical manufacturing, metal construction welding, the production of industrial equipment, as well as the design and development of special-purpose machines.

In recent years, the company has grown progressively to meet the diverse needs of multinational companies established in Tunisia. With suitable means of transportation ensuring on-site mobility, our engineers and technicians rigorously assess and define requirements.

Design & Methods Office

At A.M.E.C Export, we believe that quality work is synonymous with rigor and consistency. The company’s Design and Methods Office (B.E.M) is a fundamental unit for the preparation of proposals, comprising specialists in mechanical manufacturing, welded construction, automation, and industrial computing.

Our engineers, technicians, and designers are trained in the use of various 3D CAD software (such as AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS…), which they use to develop assembly drawings and 3D-generated models, as well as other software for electrical or pneumatic diagrams required to meet client needs.

In addition, this design office is equipped with the necessary software for PLC programming (SCHNEIDER, SIEMENS, OMRON…).

Machining and Metal Construction Workshop

The basic technologies employed are those for working with ferrous metals, light alloys, and thermosetting materials:

  • Metal construction

  • Metal framework

  • Mechanized welding

  • Mechanical manufacturing

  • All metalworking tasks (sawing, shearing, bending, rolling, punching, deburring, etc.)

We have advanced equipment for machining complex-shaped parts. Our company’s machine park consists of:

  • 20-tool machining center (maximum capacity 800 x 500 x X mm)

  • 8-tool CNC lathes

  • Conventional milling machines

  • Cutting machines

  • Surface grinder

  • Conventional lathes

  • Hydraulic press brake 2000 x 6 mm

  • Welding stations for electric arc, TIG, MAG, ARGON.

Company Objective

The company is committed to providing quality services in accordance with current international standards, with the aim of applying for ISO certification in the near future.
A Quality Management System (QMS) will be developed shortly.

Achievements of A.M.E.C Export

We ensure assembly, electrical wiring (for control panels and special machines), fine-tuning, and commissioning at the client’s premises, as well as training your staff in the operation and maintenance of the installations and special machines.

After-Sales Service

Our staff have the necessary qualifications and availability to work on your equipment and carry out the required maintenance operations. We are able to offer you a maintenance contract tailored to your specific needs.

This is an automated multi-station machine with a rotary table, designed to assemble, test, and sort a set of parts intended for the automotive industry.

Pneumatic De-Gating Tool:
This is a pneumatic de-gating tool for electronic boards intended for the electronics industry.

Ergonomic Workstation:
An ergonomic workstation that enables the application of scientific knowledge to design tools, machines, and devices that can be used by the widest range of people with maximum comfort, safety, and efficiency.
